Services & pricing

Fixed prices, posted here. No hourly billing. No 40-page proposals.

Most clients start with the free session, then the audit, then one Sprint. Everything after the session is optional.

Worst Spreadsheet session

Free · 30 minutes

Show us the spreadsheet, inbox or process you hate most. We'll tell you what's broken and how we'd fix it. You leave with at least one fix you can use, whether or not you hire us.

Tangle Audit

$3,500 · 1–2 weeks

We walk through how the work actually gets done, with you and the people who do it. You get a ranked list of fixes: what each costs, what it saves and what to do first. 100% of the fee is credited to a Fix Sprint.

Fix Sprint

from $12,000 · 2–6 weeks

We build the fixes from the audit. Fixed scope, fixed price. Every fix ships with plain-English docs, training for your staff and a named owner on your side. Bugs are fixed free for 30 days.

One fix $12,000 · Up to three $24,000 · Company-wide $40,000

Keep-it-running

$1,500/mo or $3,000/mo · Month to month

We watch what we built, fix it when a vendor changes something, make small changes and sit down with you each quarter to find the next tangle. Cancel anytime.

One fix a week

$2,000/mo · Month to month

One shipped improvement every week and a short written report. For owners who'd rather pay a steady amount than buy a project.

A part-time ops hire runs $60k+ a year. This doesn't need a desk, a laptop or a training plan.

Questions owners ask

What does it cost?

The prices are on this page. The session is free. The audit is $3,500 and all of it counts toward a Sprint. Sprints are fixed price, so if the work takes longer than we planned, that's our problem, not yours.

Is my data safe?

We work inside the accounts you already own, with logins you grant and can take back at any time. Your data stays in your systems. We don't sell it, share it or keep copies we don't need, and we'll tell you exactly which AI services touch it before anything is built.

We already tried AI. Or Zapier. It didn't stick.

Usually that's because a tool got bought before anyone picked the problem, and nobody owned it afterward. We start with the process, use the tools you have where we can, write everything down and hand each fix to a named person on your team. At our own food manufacturer, we replaced a Zapier setup with a filing pipeline the company owns outright.

How much of my time does this take?

Thirty minutes for the session. For the audit, a few hours from you and some time with the people who do the work. During a Sprint, a short check-in each week and a handoff at the end.

What if it doesn't work?

The audit tells you what a fix should save before you spend real money on it. Sprints have a fixed scope and a fixed price, and we fix bugs free for 30 days after handoff. If a fix isn't worth doing, the audit says so.

Who actually does the work?

Jimmy Hess and his team of AI agents. The agents do the heavy lifting: reading, sorting, drafting, building and checking. Jimmy scopes the work, reviews what ships and is accountable for every engagement. There's no bench of junior consultants.

Do we need to buy new software?

Usually no. We use what you already pay for.

Who owns what you build?

You do. The docs, the automations and the accounts are yours.
