How it works

Four steps. You can stop after any of them.

1. Worst Spreadsheet session · Free, 30 minutes

Show us the spreadsheet, inbox or process you hate most. We’ll ask how it really works, tell you what’s broken and give you at least one fix you can use whether or not you hire us.

2. Tangle Audit · $3,500, 1–2 weeks

We walk through the work with you and the people who do it. You get a ranked list: each fix, what it costs, what it saves and what to do first. If you go on to a Sprint, the whole $3,500 is credited.

3. Fix Sprint · from $12,000, 2–6 weeks

We build the fixes at the top of the list. Fixed scope, fixed price. Most of the building is done by AI agents and reviewed by Jimmy. Each fix ships with plain-English docs, staff training and a named owner on your side. Bugs are fixed free for 30 days.

4. Keep it running · from $1,500/mo, optional

Vendors change their software. Small things come up. We keep what we built working, make small changes and look for the next tangle every quarter. Month to month.

Our own companies

We run this playbook on our own businesses before we run it on yours. Full write-ups with measured hours saved are coming. Until then, here’s what’s running today.

SVB Foods, a West Virginia food manufacturer, about $12M a year. Biweekly payroll timesheets and overtime reports. An email-to-Drive pipeline that files every bill and payment, built to replace a Zapier setup. Purchasing support. Procedures kept current in a company wiki.

Jaydee’s Fitness, an owner-run gym. Daily attendance reports merged and filed automatically, plus reporting for managers.

Hess Holdings, a holding company. An IRS penalty-response packet assembled by agents, plus document filing and a records cleanup.

Also: survey data collection

Research firms: we also run fieldwork, cleaning, QA and delivery. Read more →
