Paretile is one owner and a team of AI agents. That's the whole company, and it's on purpose.

I’m Jimmy Hess. I’m a co-owner and executive at a West Virginia food manufacturer, and I own Jaydee’s Fitness and Hess Holdings. I’ve spent years watching good people lose whole days to timesheets, invoices and inboxes.

So I started running my companies with AI agents. Not a chatbot on the website. Agents that process payroll timesheets, file every bill and payment, keep our procedures current and assemble paperwork for the IRS. It works, and now I do it for other owners.

Who does the work

Me, plus agents for operations, marketing, finance, purchasing and engineering. The agents do the reading, sorting, drafting, building and checking. I scope every engagement, review what ships and answer for the result. There are no junior consultants learning on your dime.

How we think about it

• Fix the 20%. Most of the pain comes from a few processes. We start there and skip the rest.
• Use what you have. New software is the last resort, not the first move.
• Write it down. If only we understand a fix, it isn’t finished.
• Then leave. You should be able to run everything we build without us.

The name

“Paretile was my handle online for years. It’s a nod to Pareto: 20% of the processes cause 80% of the pain.” It’s pronounced puh-RAY-tile. The red-winged blackbird? Small, early, hard to ignore.
